Recruitment Project Outsourcing - RPO
RPO is program for clients that need to get the candidate flow in staffing pipeline accelerated and to put in effective staffing processes to reduce time to hire and increasing quality of hires. We would put an on site one of our account managers as a contract recruiter to implement our proven 24 step search and recruitment process. Our account manager would do the following:
· Prioritize the staffing needs into:
o Mission critical positions
o Non-mission critical
o Positions that can wait
· Translate job requisitions into searchable criteria
· Review and qualify in a uniform manner all candidates regardless of source prior to presenting to hiring managers
· Initiate searches on a prioritized basis using Cypress Resource Group resources, including our network affiliates
· Utilize our proprietary online system to organize your candidate database to track candidates and provide hiring process metrics
· Vendor management program – review all current staffing vendors, evaluate performance; have agreements reviewed by our corporate council; create uniformity
Our RPO account manager time is billed on an hourly rate. We estimate that initially 40 hours per week would be required to implement then dropping down to 24 to 32 hours per week. The RPO program terminates once the critical positions are filled.
· Service Fees for candidates sourced by Cypress Resource Group – 12.5%
· Service Fees for candidates sourced through MRI Network affiliates – 17.5%
· Candidates through other agencies at agreed upon fees.
